When I try to cancel print jobs on our print server, it gives me the message Access Denied even though I'm logged in as the admin.

The workaround is having to call the person who's print job it is to have them clear it out. It seems like this happens with all of the shared printers we have installed on this server. We're running Server R2. Martin Anderson.
