They called me and told that they could not give me a solution for Windows XP because it's an operating system to extinguish. I think that is not a satisfactory answer because the product advertise on the packaging that is compatible with Windows XP SP2 or above.
Then posted here the question, hoping any advanced user can help me. I would suggest you to verify that your sound card supports changing the sounds mixer settings. Is there any solution to fix the bass problem in Windows XP? Is there any way to install the original C-Media drivers?
